We combine traditional jam-making techniques with innovative flavor combinations to bring you products that are both nostalgic and exciting.

Our Story

Bob and Cherie launched Idaho Jams in August 2025... because apparently, Bob thought Cherie's life wasn't already complicated enough. Being from Idaho, huckleberries seemed like the obvious starting point (local legend and all that), but they're also seasonal divas that don't always show up when you need them. So Bob did what any reasonable person would do: he started experimenting with a whole lineup of jam and jelly flavors to see what stuck.

Turns out, one flavor... Idaho Bar Fight... absolutely stole the show. The traditional stuff was fine, but customers kept gravitating toward the jams with a little twist, a little edge, something unexpected. That's when the lightbulb went off: forget playing it safe. This was going to be a business built on bold, uncommon flavors. Or as we like to say, "not your grandma's jams."

We use wild or organic ingredients whenever we can get our hands on them. The sugar? Unprocessed organic cane. The alcohol (yes, there's booze in some of these)? Only the good stuff makes the cut. No shortcuts, no compromises, no boring jars.

All of the jams and jellies are produced in their home kitchen in Rathdrum, Idaho in accordance with Kootenai County Panhandle Health Cottage Food Regulations.
